How can I edit my Billing address?

Please note that we DO NOT store credit/debit card numbers, billing information. Please kindly fill out your billing information when Checkout.

How can I edit my Shipping address?

You can edit your shipping address at "Step 2 – Shipping Address" during Checkout. For adding new shipping address, click on "Enter New Shipping Address" to add a new shipping address. You can also delete other shipping addresses by clicking the "Remove" button. Please note that add, edit or delete any addresses will not affect any pending orders.

At the Checkout or Order Status page, please click onto the Forgot Password link to reset the login password.
