What is the shipping policy?
All orders placed at BattDepot Canada (of in-stock items) are processed and shipped within 24
hours Monday through Friday (except public holiday)! For shipout orders placed before
3:00PM PST will be
shipped on the same business day (All orders in weekends and North American holidays will be
process at the next business day). Orders placed after 3:00PM PST will be
processed and shipped on the next business day.
Orders for multiple items can be shipped in separate shipments upon customers’ requests.
BattDepot Canada will charge extra shipping costs for orders that are sent in separate shipments.
What shipping method do you support?
By shipping with UPS (United Parcel Services)/FedEx, BattDepot.com is committed to
providing our customers with a carrier that is reliable and responsible with their
shipments. We are also able to provide our customers with the latest technologies with
order tracking so that every package we ship can be traced to their exact location at
anytime prior to delivery. The following are the shipping methods supported by Canada Post/UPS
(United Parcel Services)/FedEx with a description on the suggested travel time (excludes Rural areas/Remote areas). We do
not guarantee the delivery time.
*The following shipping rates are based on ONE item. You can pre-select your shipping method
before checkout. Our system will calculate the exact total amount before you enter your
personal information.

Shipping Notes:
All shipments will receive tracking number and is fully insured while
in transit. The above shipping time does not include weekends and North America national
holidays. All orders in weekends and North American holidays will be processed the next
business day. Rates for Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon customers will vary based
on the weight of the order and destination. We will contact you by email/phone regarding
for any extra shipping charges.
Free Ground Shipping
We offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all orders shipped to 10 provinces and 3 territories of Canada over C$149.
All orders are shipped by Canada Post, UPS Ground or FedEx Ground.
Shipping Rate
Unlike many other internet stores, we don't make profit by shipping charges. We only charge actual
shipping cost and handling labour fee. Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your
payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will
be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
Shipping Rate for Rural Areas/Remote Areas
Due to inaccessibility of some rural areas/remote areas, additional shipping costs might be incurred.
We will notify you for any extra shipping cost required.
What is your Backorder policy?
In the event that we don't have one or more of your items in stock, and we cannot get the
items from the manufacturer within 2 weeks, we will notify you right away via e-mail
and/or phone, at which point we'll let you know how long it will be before we can ship
your item(s). If there are multiple items on your order, we will ship out the entire
order once all items are in stock. If you would like the in-stock items to be shipped
first, please contact us and let us know. Additional shipping costs will be applied in
such cases.
All back ordered item(s) will remain on back order unless we are instructed by you to
cancel that item(s).
What is Dangerous Goods Surcharge?
Effective January 1, 2017, UPS and FedEx Express will no longer accept UN 3480 Lithium
Batteries tendered as IATA Section II. Section II batteries to be fully regulated as
Dangerous Goods Section IB, C$30.00 Dangerous Goods Handling Fee will be applied on
each air shipment.
The International Air Transport Association (IATA) amended regulations
