All orders (of in-stock items and confirmed payment) are processed and dispatched within 24 hours Monday through Friday (except public holiday)! Orders placed before 3:00PM PST will be shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00PM PST will be processed on the next business day.

BattDepot.com warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship which would affect normal use for up to 3 years.

3 year warranty applies to all Dr. Battery Green Series batteries.

2 year warranty applies to all Dr. Battery Advanced Pro Series batteries.
